Shipping

All ORVELLI orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from Barcelona, Spain within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

International zone includes: UAE, Australia, Canada, and other select countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.

Returns

We want you to love every piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in the original ORVELLI packaging. Personalised or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@orvelli32.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
